As the Operations Office Coordinator, you will manage diverse tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and vendor coordination

• Perform routine bookkeeping with Quick Books Online

• Assist with employee onboarding and benefits administration

• Track grant deliverables and compliance documentation

• Support ISO 9001 quality management documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in administrative or operations roles

• Experience with Quick Books Online or similar software

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
