Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Parts Operations Administrator to join our team in Coquitlam, BC. In this role, you will work closely with the Parts Administration team to ensure prompt and accurate vendor return processing and timely receipt of products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders and perform data entry in Microsoft AX ERP system
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address order challenges, delays, and backorders
  • Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders
  • Reduce inbound costs through order consolidation and vendor freight strategies
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the Parts department and related business processes
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Post-secondary education in business, operations or a related discipline is an asset

The base pay range for this role is: $44,600 to $49,500 annually, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, BC
. Please note that after the first 3 months of employment, work can be performed from home three days per week.
