About Moment Energy

Independent energy is here. Help us deploy it. Energy should be free. Free from aging grids, fragile supply chains, and unnecessary extraction. At Moment Energy, we’re building a world where clean power is abundant, affordable, and uninterrupted for everyone.

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting Moment Energy’s Chief Product Officer (CPO), who leads our Sales, Business Development, and Marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping senior leaders stay organized, focused, and effective.

The ideal candidate has outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive can‑do attitude, strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate across teams, and ensure that key commercial initiatives stay organized and on track. Critical thinking skills are crucial for this role! If you need to be hand‑held and given detailed instructions to get tasks done, this is not the job for you.

This is a highly visible position that offers exposure to strategic business conversations, external partnerships, and the operational side of scaling a clean energy company.
