As the Sales Director, you will own the channel's annual plan and work to establish top-tier relationships with key retailers and distributors. Your effectiveness in data-driven selling and team leadership will be essential to meet and exceed growth targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual growth strategy for the Pet Channel
• Ensure alignment of customer and brand strategies
• Negotiate terms and maintain account governance
• Strengthen data insights for better forecasting
• Foster excellent in-store and digital shelf execution
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Pet channel sales
• Expertise in the US pet market is essential
• Current experience in a sales director role
• Management of KAMs/NAMs required
• Strong skills in negotiation and stakeholder communication
