In this strategic role, you'll drive category strategy, manage supplier relationships, and oversee Source-to-Pay processes. Your strong procurement background combined with excellent communication and project management skills will ensure adherence to cost and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement category strategies for sourcing
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective agreements
• Conduct cost analyses and initiate improvement plans
• Monitor supplier performance effectively
• Collaborate on compliance and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required
• Minimum 5 years in strategic procurement experience
• Proficiency in S2P and ERP systems demanded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities essential
• Project management and communication skills a must
Contribute strategic expertise to Natural Factors’ procurement initiatives and help elevate supply management processes.
