Canada Homestay Network is actively looking for a Relationship Manager to support international students and their host families.
Your role will revolve around enhancing communication and resolving any concerns that arise. Your expertise will guide the development of relationships that benefit all parties involved in the homestay experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise stakeholder relationships and reporting
• Provide training and orientation for hosts and students
• Maintain clear and accurate communications records
• Address crisis situations with empathy and care
• Cultivate a supportive host family community
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Community College Certificate or Diploma necessary
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency in English and another language preferred
• Must be at least 25 years old with a driver's license
