Key Responsibilities:

• Identify additional service opportunities within client accounts

• Conduct outreach to uncover project needs and expansion options

• Assist in preparing proposals and pricing summaries

• Maintain deal stages in Hub Spot and manage client interactions

• Support attendance at networking events and client engagements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in sales support or client-facing roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

• Experience with CRM platforms like Hub Spot

• Strong communicator with organizational skills

• Relevant diploma or degree in business or related fields
