Enhance client engagement as a Client Engagement Coordinator with BEST For a Cleaner World in Coquitlam, BC. Help to grow existing accounts through outreach, proposals, and tailored support in a hybrid work setting.
In this full-time role, you will report to the Business Development Manager and work on identifying expansion opportunities while ensuring client needs are met. Responsibilities include supporting proposal development, managing client communications through Hub Spot, and participating in networking events. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue service expansion opportunities
• Conduct outreach to current clients about project needs
• Prepare proposals and assist in budgeting
• Maintain client records and deal stages in Hub Spot
• Support participation in conferences and client activities
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in client-facing or sales support roles
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Diploma or degree in business or communication areas
• Experience in B2B services is desirable
