Position: Empower Women in Mining with Cuso
Become a Business Development Advisor with Cuso International to support women's roles in the mining industry in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Help women enhance their investment readiness and connect with major mining companies.
This volunteer role is designed for Canadian citizens and permanent residents and lasts five months, starting in August 2026. You will focus on empowering women entrepreneurs in mining, helping them improve their business skills and access opportunities in this vital sector. Your efforts will contribute to capacity building and sustainable partnerships through the SHARE project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments for women in mining

• Identify investment opportunities for women entrepreneurs

• Deliver training on financial management and business development

• Support product quality improvement and packaging

• Foster connections with leading mining companies
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• Strong facilitation and training skills

• Proficiency in business advisory and partnership building

• Ability to engage diverse groups in informal sectors

• Commitment to Cuso's values of inclusion and sustainability
