As part of our Construction Team, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to facilitate task execution and collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include managing project documentation, tracking logs, and assisting with procurement to keep projects on schedule. You'll also play a vital role in supporting subcontractor management and processing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate relevant project details to the team
• Maintain an organized filing system for project documentation
• Track project logs, RFIs, and other critical information
• Support team with procurement and material delivery
• Coordinate change order management processes
Requirements:
• Background in architectural, engineering, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skills in project documentation and log maintenance
