Become a Senior Client Engagement Specialist with Vistera Technologies and Spraggs Business Advisory in Coquitlam, BC. This full-time position is dedicated to driving client satisfaction and account expansions.
In this role, you will be the go-to representative for managing valuable client relationships across Vistera and Spraggs. Your focus will be on providing exceptional onboarding experiences and ongoing support. You'll track client usage and satisfaction, address escalations swiftly, and identify opportunities for further engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding experiences for Vistera and Advisory clients

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs

• Proactively monitor client engagement and health

• Manage renewal processes with embedded value communication

• Analyze and report on client feedback for strategy alignment
Requirements:

• At least three years in client success or management

• Demonstrable success in nurturing client relations

• Proficient in multi-service engagement strategies

• Experience with CRM systems, including Zoho

• Familiarity with small business client dynamics
