In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in identifying business improvement opportunities and facilitating collaboration among teams. Your ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements will directly support impactful transformation initiatives. This role also emphasizes your contribution to the Business Analysis community’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Analyze and pinpoint gaps in current business processes
• Elicit, document, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams and partners
• Enhance Business Analysis methodologies and community practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and business analysis standards
