What We’re Looking For

Creative Currency is looking for a
Senior Writer/Creative Strategist
to help shape the ideas, strategies, and stories that give our work relevance in today’s world. This role sits at the intersection of insight, storytelling, and execution.

It’sfor someone who can think strategically, write with clarity and confidence, and turn complex challenges into creative platforms that resonate with real audiences.

You’llwork closely with designers, strategists, and account leads todevelopideas that aretimely, culturally aware, and grounded in research.

You’llwrite across all formats and channels, helping define what we say, why it matters, and how itshows upin the world—from campaign concepts and brand narratives to messaging frameworks, scripts, and long-form content.

You’llbe part of a collaborative creative team that moves quickly, thinks broadly, and expects ideas to earn their place. This role contributes to work across Creative Currency and our sister agency, Enterprise, supporting national and regional clients in public affairs, healthcare, culture, and beyond.

What You Do Well
  • Translate strategy, research, and insight into clear, compelling creative ideas.
  • Develop campaign platforms, narratives, and messaging frameworks that work across channels.
  • Write thoughtful, effective copy across formats—from headlines and scripts to long-form content.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and strategists from concept through execution.
  • Ask smart questions, challenge assumptions, and strengthen ideas through constructive critique.
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Balance creative ambition with real-world constraints, including timelines, approvals, and audiences.
Your Skills
  • Strong writing background in advertising, brand, or strategic communications.
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • Experience developing ideas and content across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Comfort working across industries and subject matter, including complex or sensitive topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
