Join PENN Entertainment as a Product Designer, focusing on enhancing the Alley-oop Design System. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable UI components and optimize workflows for innovative gaming products.
At PENN Entertainment, we’re seeking a detailed and organized Product Designer to scale and maintain our Design System, Alley-oop. You will work closely with product designers and engineers, building reusable components that streamline workflows.
Your role will also involve advocating for the design system's adoption across the organization to enhance product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders on Alley-oop
• Create UI components and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Develop reusable interactive components for efficiency
• Optimize Figma libraries based on user needs
• Advocate for and enhance user experience through the design system
Requirements:
• 3+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems expertise
• Experience with web and native platform design
• Knowledge of WCAG compliance and accessibility
• Ability to mentor and lead design quality initiatives
