KOHO is expanding its Treasury team and needs a strategic Treasury Manager to oversee banking operations as part of KOHO Bank. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in liquidity management and cash operations, ensuring all financial processes align with industry regulations. You will lead cross-departmental collaborations to enable seamless treasury readiness for all new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive Treasury management workflows
• Develop and test Treasury models against regulatory standards
• Collaborate to ensure product readiness for Treasury
• Lead the deployment of a central Treasury Management System
• Support effective cash management for settlement needs
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Treasury or liquidity roles
• Experience with financial modeling and regulatory frameworks
• Comfortable leveraging AI in Treasury processes
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
