As a vital part of this financial services team, you will assist Portfolio Managers by coordinating account documentation and managing trades in mutual funds, equity, and fixed income. Your proactive approach will help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term working relationships with clients while upholding key administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client account documentation and openings
• Execute mutual fund, equity, and fixed income trades
• Initiate and track account transfers efficiently
• Prepare reports and logistics for client meetings
• Manage various aspects of general administration
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in banking or brokerage
• Completion of required Canadian Securities courses
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
Support long-term investment goals while developing crucial skills in a client-centric environment.
