Global Assistant Controller

Position: Global Assistant Controller Role
Take on the pivotal role of Assistant Controller in our international finance team. This position focuses on enhancing the integrity of financial reporting while managing the complexities of EV infrastructure.

As our new Assistant Controller, you will lead financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and support SEC compliance. Your dual focus will include steering operational accounting functions and ensuring effective collaboration with international subsidiaries. Experience from a Big6 firm will equip you to handle hardware sales, inventory, and multinational consolidations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Support the Global Controller with SEC-level submissions

• Manage the financial closing process for international entities

• Oversee operational accounting tasks and revenue recognition

• Collaborate on optimizing Shared Service Center frameworks

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA or CA certification is a must

• 4–5 years of experience in a major accounting firm

• Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance

• Proven experience in globally dispersed environments
