Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly financial closes, preparing statements accurately

• Detail reconciliation of all general ledger accounts

• Analyze financial variances each month thoroughly

• Train staff on accounting procedures and internal controls

• Maintain thorough reporting processes for operational support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant financial discipline

• CPA certification is essential

• Approximately 4-7 years in a similar accounting role

• Strong proficiency in accounting software

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
