Join a team dedicated to improving payroll operations as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. Collaborate closely with HR and finance leaders for enhanced compliance and reporting.

As a key member reporting to the Controller, you will oversee payroll for 300+ employees, essential for financial reporting and reconciliations.

Your role will include implementing process improvements and training program managers on effective financial analysis, ensuring streamlined workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle payroll and compliance for over 300 staff

• Collaborate with system providers for enhancements

• Prepare client-specific financial reports

• Conduct audits by preparing detailed documentation

• Provide guidance to junior accounting team members

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of payroll and accounting experience

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Know-how of payroll legislation and audit processes

• PCP designation is an asset, as well as Excel proficiency
