Position: Bookstore Financial Coordinator Role
Join Douglas College as a Bookstore Financial Coordinator, focusing on account reconciliation and financial reporting. This position allows you to leverage your analytical skills in a collaborative, hybrid environment tailored for professional growth.

This temporary, full-time role spans from June 22, 2026, to December 31, 2026. You will work 35 hours weekly, supporting the Finance department with precise budgeting and accounting tasks, while maintaining a good work-life balance. Occasional shifts may require flexibility, including evenings or weekends, across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct account reconciliations for the Bookstore

• Produce timely financial reports for review

• Implement procedures for effective data tracking

• Support budgeting analysis collaboratively

• Aid in financial tasks across campus locations

Requirements:

• CGA/CMA second level completed

• At least two years of work experience in accounting

• Proficiency in English with good communication skills

• Experience with ERP and cash handling systems

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
