Financial Operations Associate Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately execute mutual fund trades and processes

• Validate financial documentation for compliance and accuracy

• Perform thorough quality control checks on data

• Facilitate cash movement activities including EFTs

• Assist with accounting tasks related to investments

Requirements:

• Prior experience in financial operations or data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel

• Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization

• Familiar with EFT and wire transfer methods
