This full-time position involves working closely with an Advisory Team to strengthen client relationships and provide insightful investment advice. You will co-manage client acquisition pipelines and actively contribute to meeting agendas by preparing documentation and following up on discussions, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the Wealth Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating client meetings for the Advisory Team
• Deliver exceptional client support and manage resolutions
• Follow up on client inquiries persistently
• Execute growth opportunities within the existing client base
• Conduct market research and provide insights to the team
Requirements:
• IIROC Registered Representative approval required
• Completion of CIRE and Retail Securities Exam
• University degree necessary
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
