SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Payroll, Time & Advantages Consultant (People Soft Migration)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors and enterprise-level HR/payroll implementations, with demonstrated senior level functional SME capabilities in the following areas:
- Employee Central Data Models, organizational and position management
- Payroll schemas, PCR’s and Wage Types
- Time management (Time Off / Time Tracking)
- Success Factors Global Benefits
- Data Migration & ETL Processes
- Canadian Payroll legislation and compliance in a unionized environment
- Understanding of HR / Payroll data migration concepts, including data mapping, cleansing and validation
- Experience operating in large ERP or SI led implementations, working alongside integrators and business leads as liaison
- Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Center and data load tools
- Experience with EC-ECP rep
