Your expertise will drive Employee Central data management and payroll schemas. A solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize Employee Central organizational and position management
• Create and maintain payroll schemas and wage types
• Enhance time tracking and management processes
• Guide data migration and validation projects
• Collaborate with business leads and integrators
Requirements:
• 8+ years of SAP Success Factors experience
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll laws
• Mastery of data mapping and ETL processes
• Hands-on with SAP Migration Center
• Understanding of EC-ECP rep deployments
