Global Head – Human Resources

Role Purpose

The Manager / Senior Manager – HR will play a strategic and operational role in strengthening global HR governance and execution across regions. The role will focus on global policy frameworks, payroll and workforce administration, performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global HR Policies & Governance (40%)
    • Design, review, and implement global HR policies
    • Ensure alignment across Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and APAC
    • Act as central point for policy interpretation and exceptions
    • Partner with regional HR teams for consistent adoption
  • Payroll, Time & Attendance (30%)
    • Oversee multi-country payroll operations
    • Manage time & attendance, leave, overtime governance
    • Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors
    • Ensure statutory and payroll compliance
  • Performance Management & Hire-to-Retire (10%)
    • Drive Performance Management System (PMS)
    • Manage Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle
    • Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness
  • Compliance & Risk Management (20%)
    • Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
    • Identify HR compliance risks
    • Support audits, inspections, and legal consultations
  • Experience & Qualifications
    • 8+ years of HR experience
    • Exposure to global HR operations
    • Solid payroll and compliance expertise
    • MBA / Master’s in Human Resources preferred
