We are searching for a highly skilled Technical Specialist to oversee Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll. You'll handle configurations, reporting, and compliance, driving successful payroll solutions.
Your role will demand collaboration across teams to ensure effective performance and adherence to legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure payroll components including Definitions, LDG, and Calendars
• Execute payroll cycle activities including Quick Pay and Retro Pay
• Manage taxation compliance across different payroll levels
• Develop payroll reports using advanced Oracle reporting tools
• Ensure proper handling of deductions and garnishments
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology
• 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly US Payroll
• Proven experience in payroll legislation and compliance strategies
• Strong skills in payroll data migration using HDL
• Effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills
