Position: Human Resource Generalist Contract Role
Join Dexterra Group as a Human Resource Generalist on a contract basis, delivering comprehensive HR support across multiple business units in Canada. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

You will work under the guidance of the Human Resources Director, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations. This contract role will last between 6 to 9 months, allowing you to actively enhance HR functions while prioritizing internal customer satisfaction. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management providing essential HR support

• Assist with hiring processes and new employee integration

• Streamline onboarding and offboarding for employees

• Conduct exit interviews and summarize findings

• Generate and maintain HR reports for compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources

• At least two years of HR experience

• Familiarity with Dayforce and HRIS systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong organizational and time management skills
