What You’ll DoAs Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high‑performing sales team, maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, collaborate with leadership on strategic goals, manage the region’s budget and performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and report on sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth by supporting a sustainable distribution network.
- Lead a team to build relationships with clients and key influencers.
- Generate new business and develop opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with leadership to set strategic goals for the region.
- Manage CRM usage and ensure the sales team monitors performance indicators.
- Develop and implement training plans to improve team skills.
- Forecast sales and prepare regular performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of sales management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams to achieve targets.
