Project Manager – Power Services

Your Impact Starts HereGraham is actively recruiting for a Project Manager supporting the Power Services division. Reporting to the Vice President, the Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the BC Power group by managing project planning and start‑up, project financials, pre‑construction, project execution, and project close‑out processes.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site- Collaborate with Preconstruction and project teams to prepare, revise, and monitor cost reports and project budgets.
- Manage the subcontracting process from initial scope review through final execution, including developing scopes of work and facilitating agreements.
- Oversee project administration and daily operations, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and key personnel to ensure timely delivery of resources and project success.
- Monitor and manage change events and contract requirements, ensuring compliance with client expectations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead the implementation of project‑specific safety and quality plans, actively promoting a safe, respectful, and high‑performing work environment.
- Education:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. - Experience:
4–10 years of experience managing or coordinating power projects. - Software:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Salary Range: $102,000 to $153,000 per annum.
- Salary will commensurate with education and experience.

- 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
