Starting pay: $19/hour

Bonus potential: $2,000–$5,000 annually

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent c lient experiences and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping c lient s find storage solutions that fit their needs
  • Managing front desk operations customer , inquiries and property tours
  • Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Keeping the property clean, organized, and c lient ready
  • Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude with strong people skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
  • Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed
Schedule

Day shifts only

Monday to Saturday availability required

Weekend availability as needed
