Position: Mechanical Supervisor for Mill Operations
Lead mechanical operations as a Mechanical Supervisor. Ensure the reliability and safety of mill processing through effective maintenance leadership on a rotational schedule.

You will be responsible for coordinating and leading all mechanical maintenance efforts to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves mentoring trades personnel, managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, and promoting adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. You will also identify areas for improvement and facilitate continuous development within the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical maintenance activities and resources

• Ensure safety compliance across all operations

• Mentor and develop trades personnel for peak performance

• Plan and execute maintenance aligned with production goals

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• College diploma in industrial mechanic or related field

• Ontario certificate of qualification preferred

• 7+ years of relevant mechanical experience

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience

• Desirable exposure to multi-disciplinary team leadership
