Position: Hands-On Night Role: Thermoplastic Foreman
Take on a vital role at Scottish Line Painting Ltd. as a Thermoplastic Foreman working night shifts. Focus on executing road marking strategies while leading a team in the field.

As a hands-on Thermoplastic Foreman, you'll manage thermoplastic operations, read and interpret drawings, and operate various equipment. During the first five months, emphasis will be placed on training and skill enhancement to ensure your effective leadership on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement thermoplastic road marking based on technical drawings

• Lead work crews to achieve project completion on time

• Operate equipment including Graco airless sprayers

• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines

• Communicate effectively to address issues and keep teams aligned

Requirements:

Required:

Class 5 Driver's License

• Must be open to obtaining Class 3 License and Air Brake certification

• Proven reliability and attention to detail

• Strong ability to communicate clearly with crew and management

• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
