As the Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role with Axiom Builders, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. You will develop and manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining relationships with vendors and consultants. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a commitment to quality in the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for project execution
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with project accounting on forecasts and invoicing
• Manage relationships with vendors, trades, and consultants
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the process
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of on-site experience in construction
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure
