Job Description & How to Apply Below
Build People. Build Systems. Build the Future.
Dunn Group of Companies is looking for a Regional Warehouse & Logistics Manager to help build the operational foundation for our next stage of growth. If you are a field-first operations leader who enjoys coaching supervisors, building structure, and turning growing warehouse operations into scalable systems, this role may be a strong fit for you.
This is not a role where you inherit a mature management structure and simply maintain it. We are still building. Across our BC locations, we have hardworking warehouse associates and supervisors who need coaching, structure, training, and support to grow into future leaders.
Based in Coquitlam, this role supports warehouse operations across Nanaimo, Victoria, Kelowna, Okanagan Falls, Creston, Kamloops, and Prince George. Quarterly travel to each location is required because this is a field leadership role, not a desk-based role. You will help standardize how our warehouses, fleet, facilities, safety programs, and day-to-day operations function across the province. The goal is to create a consistent, scalable operating model that makes future growth and expansion easier.
What You’ll Do
Coach and develop warehouse supervisors, associates, and emerging leaders
Support warehouse operations across multiple BC locations
Travel quarterly to each location to build relationships and strengthen operations
Standardize warehouse processes, procedures, training, and expectations
Improve inventory management, organization, and operational efficiency
Oversee fleet maintenance, compliance, utilization, and readiness
Support facility maintenance, property standards, and vendor relationships
Champion Health & Safety initiatives across all locations
Build repeatable systems and operational playbooks for future expansion
Travel:
Quarterly travel to Nanaimo, Victoria, Kelowna, Okanagan Falls, Creston, Kamloops, and Prince George
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership experience
Experience supporting multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams
Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, fleet operations, and facilities management
Experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational standards
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees into stronger leaders
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable travelling throughout British Columbia on a regular basis
Experience in a growing or entrepreneurial organization is considered an asset
Why Join Dunn Group of Companies?
We’re not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We’re looking for someone who wants to build people, systems, and consistency across a growing operation. You’ll have the opportunity to develop future leaders, strengthen our warehouse network, improve fleet and facility programs, and create the operating model that allows Dunn Group of Companies to expand confidently into new markets. If you enjoy being in the field, building teams, solving problems, and leaving operations stronger than you found them, we’d love to hear from you.
