Oversee life and disability claims at Empire Life while working remotely or in a hybrid model. This Manager role is focused on operational leadership and coaching for quality claims management.
Empire Life is on the lookout for a Bilingual Manager specialized in Life and Disability Claims Management. This leadership position is critical for developing operational strategies, engaging with teams, and ensuring exceptional service for claimants. Your success will hinge on utilizing data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach claim professionals for high performance
• Set performance objectives that align with team goals
• Conduct training programs to enhance claims handling skills
• Facilitate team engagements to reduce burnout
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and trends
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Disability Management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Bilingual English/French proficiency
• Proven problem-solving and research skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication
