Director of Membership Operations at YMCA

Lead membership initiatives for YMCA BC as the Director of Membership Operations in the Lower Mainland. You'll drive growth, develop teams, and enhance member experiences across multiple sites.

In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll report to the VP of Health, Fitness and Aquatics. The position requires 5-10 years of senior leadership experience with a focus on operational targets, strategic planning, and relationship building. Your impact will resonate in the community as you enhance health equity and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Centre Managers across YMCA BC Membership Centres

• Develop high-performing teams for operational excellence

• Achieve membership growth and revenue generation targets

• Monitor service standards and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate on pricing, marketing, and program decisions

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience

• Strong track record in managing multi-site operations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Proven growth-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
