Step into a full-time Facility Manager role for a 263-unit residential property in Coquitlam. Your expertise in building management will ensure a secure, comfortable environment for residents and visitors alike.
This position requires strong leadership and management skills for overseeing daily facility operations. You will program security systems, conduct inspections, and coordinate essential services with tradespeople. Additionally, your effective communication will help resolve tenant concerns and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and maintenance tasks
• Inspect all common areas and report issues
• Manage emergency situations by coordinating with trades
• Log move-in and out bookings efficiently
• Complete administrative duties, including submitting reports
Requirements:
• Proven facility management experience, preferably residential
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in essential computer applications
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Lead operational excellence in building management by providing quality service to tenants in Coquitlam.
