Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing for defence and aerospace, seeks a Senior Project Manager. This role involves managing large-scale manufacturing, capital investments, and overseeing a team of professionals. You will be responsible for compliance with defence contracting and related regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from pre‑award to post‑award phases
• Manage large‑scale manufacturing and capital investment projects
• Oversee a team of project coordinators and engineers
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CGP, ITAR, and ISO standards
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• 10+ years in managing technical projects
• Experience in defence contracting and compliance
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and project scheduling
