Take on a rewarding volunteer role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Kingston, Jamaica. Support The HEART Trust Foundation by enhancing their M&E systems to improve program effectiveness.
This 6-month placement opens in August 2026 for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. Working closely with the HEART Trust team, you will analyze internal processes and develop impactful solutions while contributing to meaningful organizational development.
This role offers a rich experience with on-ground operations at their Kingston branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support a comprehensive needs analysis and SWOT assessment
• Improve operational tracking and reporting procedures
• Aid in program evaluations and M&E report finalization
• Provide training on effective monitoring strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in project management or monitoring and evaluation
• Experience collaborating with senior management on projects
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity building and development
• Excellent written and communication skills
