Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team development across YMCA BC Membership Centres
• Ensure targets for membership growth are met
• Maintain consistent high-quality service delivery
• Drive implementation of retention strategies
• Address complex operational issues and support crisis management
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of leadership in a multi-site context
• Proven growth results across memberships and programs
• Relevant Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated cultural competence
• Strong decision-making abilities
