Join Rise CPA as an Assurance Manager, where you’ll work in a hybrid model within a collaborative team. Focus on delivering high-quality client engagements and mentoring future leaders in accounting.
In this role, you will take charge of overseeing various client engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and align with company standards. Your responsibilities will include managing project budgets, mentoring team members, and providing accurate financial insights. Developing strong client relationships is key, as you help navigate complex accounting and tax issues for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee client engagement processes
• Monitor project activities and staff performance
• Review financial documents for accuracy
• Conduct CRA submissions for clients
• Support marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements:
• Hold a CPA designation
• Five or more years of public practice experience
• One year of team leadership experience
• Knowledge of ASPE and audit standards
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
