Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships

Paul Street is one of the fastest-growing affiliate marketing and PR agencies that work with some of the world's best category-defining and enterprise consumer brands. Paul Street crafts thoughtful partner programs for its clients and primarily focuses on driving revenue and new customers.

We are building the best-in-class offering across Affiliate and Performance PR, Brand PR, Influencer Marketing, Performance Creator, and Celebrity and Athlete Partnerships - a fully integrated suite designed to help modern consumer brands grow through earned, paid, and partner-driven channels.

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships to lead all revenue growth initiatives across the agency. This executive role will own the full revenue engine — overseeing partnerships, sales, and new business development — and will be responsible for scaling Paul Street's footprint with the world's most ambitious consumer brands.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial leader with deep relationships across enterprise DTC, CPG, retail, lifestyle, and challenger brand ecosystems, and a proven track record of building and closing high-value partnerships at the intersection of affiliate, performance PR, and integrated marketing. This person will be a key member of the leadership team, setting commercial strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing sales and partnerships organization, and serving as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute Paul Street's global revenue strategy, with full accountability for new business, partnerships, and sales targets.
  • Develop and operationalize a multi-channel pipeline strategy that consistently delivers qualified opportunities with high-fit consumer brands.
  • Set, forecast, and report against quarterly and annual revenue targets, providing leadership with visibility into pipeline health, win rates, and growth levers.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, category expansions, and white space within the affiliate and performance PR landscape.
New Business & Sales Leadership:
  • Personally lead high-priority pitches and negotiations with senior decision-makers at top-tier consumer brands, founders, CMOs, and growth leaders.
  • Build, coach, and scale a world-class sales and business development team, instilling a culture of discipline, accountability, and consultative selling.
  • Design and implement repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and enablement tools that shorten cycles and increase close rates.
  • Own pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract negotiation in partnership with leadership and operations.
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with affiliate and influencer networks, media outlets, technology platforms, retailers, and complementary agencies to expand Paul Street's capabilities and reach.
  • Negotiate co-marketing, referral, and revenue-sharing arrangements that create durable, mutually beneficial growth channels.
  • Represent Paul Street at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to build brand awareness and source pipeline.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends — affiliate, performance PR, retail media, creator commerce, and adjacent spaces — to inform partnership strategy and competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with client services, PR, affiliate, operations, and finance leadership to ensure seamless handoffs from sales to delivery and to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Work with marketing to shape positioning, messaging, case studies, and thought leadership that fuel commercial momentum.
  • Provide the voice of the market back to product, service, and leadership teams to inform offering evolution and packaging.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual planning, organizational design, and strategic investments tied to growth.
Brand & Market Presence:
  • Serve as the senior external face of Paul Street with prospects, partners, press, and the broader industry.
  • Represent the agency at premier global industry events — including Cannes Lions, Shoptalk,…
