In this high-impact role, you will closely collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance financial processes and support strategic decisions. You will manage day-to-day accounting, oversee month-end closings, and lead the development of financial insights for organizational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes effectively

• Maintain cash flow forecasts across multiple entities

• Mentor and develop accounting team members for success

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• 3+ years of people leadership experience

• Proficient in ASPE and financial reporting

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
