Westwood Alliance Church - Lead Pastor

The Lead Pastor at Westwood Alliance Church will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, strong Biblical teaching and vision for our growing and diverse congregation in Coquitlam. This person will shepherd and equip our staff, volunteers, and members to live as “devoted followers of Jesus Christ” who love God, love people, and lead others toward Him.

The Lead Pastor will preach God’s Word faithfully, cast a vision for multi-generational ministry, foster unity across our English, Cantonese, and Mandarin congregations, and engage our community through outreach and discipleship. The ideal candidate is an experienced, relational leader and strategic thinker who will partner with lay leaders and staff to begin an exciting new season of mission and growth at Westwood.

Start date will be May 1, 2026.

Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
