In this volunteer role, you'll focus on fostering economic growth through the SHARE project. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations on skill gaps in local businesses
• Facilitate workshops on economic strategies and impacts

• Design monitoring systems for assessing impact
• Support data collection for evidence-based improvements
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field essential
• 5+ years of experience in related areas
• Insight into Peru’s socio-economic conditions
• Experience with collaborations in Canada
• Awareness of gender and inclusion strategies
