The Rogues Shift Leader’s primary goal is to provide Above & Beyond service to our guests through customer and restaurant service while leading the restaurant team during operational hours. The leadership that they provide for the Rogues Restaurant servers is one important step to ensure that our team members are our biggest asset, giving us the edge above any competitor.

This is a role that current team members earn their way up to or new team members with previous experience are brought into. In addition, it is great for those looking to build their professional background in the Restaurant Industry.

Shift

Duties Include:

Cocktail mixing knowledge, wine service and draft beer service

Point of sales computer system transactions and cash out procedures

Credit and debit card transactions

Leading, managing, and working with the Rogues Restaurant Servers

Ringing in event tabs

Job Qualifications:

Serving It Right is mandatory and Food Safe is an asset

Previous 2 years of restaurant supervision and service in a hotel and/or restaurant

Cocktail mixing knowledge e.g. background on proper ingredients and glasses used

Product knowledge is an asset e.g. beer, wine and liquor
