Job Description

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Schedule shifts for other staff like sandwich makers, etc. and set work procedures.

Estimate & order restaurant supplies like breads, sauces, veggies etc.

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Establish work schedules

Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.

Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements

Must have completed high school education.

Have knowledge of English language.

Must have at least one year of work experience in similar field.

Pay attention to details and be able to work in team.
