Accurately enter, organize, bag, label, and verify takeout orders before they are given to customers or delivery drivers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host station throughout the shift.
Monitor and restock host supplies, including paper bags, POS paper rolls, napkins, pens, and markers.
Assist with running food to tables and clearing or resetting tables when needed.
Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, managers, customers, and delivery drivers.
Follow restaurant procedures, food-safety standards, and instructions from management.
