Responsibilities Lead Generation and
Qualification:
Identifying potential customers who could benefit from warehousing services.
Prospecting and Outreach:
Contacting potential clients to introduce the company's offerings and establish relationships.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Presenting the value proposition of the company's warehousing services and negotiating contracts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Problem‑Solving:
Understanding the client's specific needs and offering tailored warehousing solutions.
Order Processing and Management:
Assisting with order processing, shipping, and tracking.
Customer Inquiries:
Handling customer inquiries related to sales orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Qualifications 5 years of sales experience within the warehousing industry.
Strong Sales
Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate.
Excellent Customer Service
Skills:
Providing excellent service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Knowledge of Warehousing and Logistics:
Understanding the warehousing industry, logistics processes, and related services.
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
