As part of Xplore's dedicated Business sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing key client relationships. Your 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the telecommunications or ISP sectors will equip you to identify growth opportunities and manage complex sales cycles effectively. Assertive communication and strong relationship-building skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business acquisition toward sales targets
• Engage potential clients through in-person and virtual interactions
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and close deals using approved pricing strategies
• Leverage Salesforce for accurate forecasting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom
• Successful history of exceeding sales goals
• Expertise in communication and negotiation
• Ability to travel for client visits and events
